LPV PHOTOGRAPHY


GALLERY TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, downloading, sharing, or printing images from your gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. GALLERY ACCESS & AVAILABILITY

Your online gallery will remain active for sixty (60) days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified. After this period, galleries may be archived or permanently removed from the online gallery system without notice.

Clients are solely responsible for downloading and saving all purchased images before the gallery expiration date.

  1. IMAGE BACKUP RESPONSIBILITY

LPV Photography strongly recommends that clients create multiple backups of their images immediately upon delivery. Suggested backup methods include:

• Personal computer
• External hard drive
• Cloud storage service
• Secondary device

LPV Photography is not responsible for lost, deleted, corrupted, damaged, or inaccessible files once the gallery has been delivered.

  1. GALLERY REOPENING

If a gallery has been archived and the images are still available, a Gallery Reopening Fee of $25.00 will apply.

Archived galleries are not guaranteed to be recoverable. LPV Photography is not responsible for maintaining image archives indefinitely.

  1. DOWNLOAD TYPES

Web-Size Downloads:
Intended for social media sharing, email, text messaging, and online use.

High-Resolution Downloads:
Intended for professional printing and preserving maximum image quality.

LPV Photography is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from the use of web-size images for printing purposes.

  1. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

All images remain the copyrighted property of LPV Photography.

Clients are granted a personal-use print release and may:

• Download images
• Print images
• Share images online
• Share images with family and friends

Clients may not:

• Sell images
• Enter images into contests without written permission
• Submit images for publication without written permission
• Alter, edit, crop excessively, apply filters, or otherwise modify the images

  1. IMAGE EDITING & ALTERATIONS

All images are delivered in LPV Photography's signature editing style.

Any requests for additional retouching, alterations, object removal, body modifications, background changes, color adjustments, or re-editing after gallery delivery are subject to photographer approval and may incur additional fees.

LPV Photography reserves the right to decline editing requests that conflict with artistic standards or business policies.

  1. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING

Clients are encouraged to share their images online. When possible, crediting LPV Photography is greatly appreciated.

Clients may not apply filters, presets, screenshots, excessive cropping, or other edits that alter the photographer's original work.

  1. PRINTING

Clients are responsible for ensuring they select the appropriate file type for printing.

LPV Photography recommends using professional print labs for the highest quality results.

LPV Photography is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from third-party printing services, incorrect file selection, or improper image handling.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LPV Photography shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, corruption, deletion, theft, or inability to access images after gallery delivery.

By downloading images from the gallery, the client acknowledges receipt of the final product and accepts responsibility for storing and maintaining all delivered files.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Accessing, downloading, sharing, printing, or otherwise using images from the gallery constitutes acceptance of these Gallery Terms of Service.
